Steps for using
Step- 1 Step - 2
Lie on your back and place your legs on the grooved footrest of the equipment. Set the time to the desired time. Refer to "How to use" section in this manual for setting.

Step - 3 Step - 4
Close your eyes and relax as Morning walker swings your body from head to toe.
The equipment stops automatically after the preset time. Remain calm with eyes closed.

Step - 5 Step - 6
After resting for a while, slowly bend your legs and gently turn sideways.
Sit in cross legged position and then get up. YOU ARE FIT & RELAXED.
