Step - 1

Lie on your back and place your legs on the grooved footrest of the equipment.

Step - 2

Set the time to the desired time. Refer to "How to use" section in this manual for setting.

Step - 3

Close your eyes and relax as Morning walker swings your body from head to toe.

Step - 4

The equipment stops automatically after the preset time. Remain calm with eyes closed.

Step - 5

After resting for a while, slowly bend your legs and gently turn sideways.

Step - 6

Sit in cross legged position and then get up. YOU ARE FIT & RELAXED.
